
Juliun Kinsey is a Customer Success and Business Operations professional with over 16 years of experience designing the coordination structures, reporting frameworks, and accountability measures that drive organizational growth. Throughout his career across the SaaS, GovTech, HealthTech, and nonprofit sectors, his work has centered on building the sustainable systems that keep people engaged in complex service environments.
As the Operations & Information Management (OIM) Chair for NULYP, Juliun serves as the operational architect for the national movement. He oversees the national data strategy, digital governance, and centralized reporting infrastructure that connects 60+ chapters to the National Urban League. Known for a leadership style that balances directness with calm, Juliun is committed to eliminating administrative friction and building intuitive tech solutions that help local chapters operate with greater velocity and intention.
Originally from Florida, Juliun holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. When he is not building digital architecture, he is an avid gardener with a passion for cultivating everything from raised-bed vegetables to tropical indoor plants. He is also a dedicated traveler, live music fan, and reader.
